Terms of Service
This document is a working draft under founder review. It is not legal advice and is not yet a binding legal notice. It will be finalised before Bureau Audit is offered to paying customers.
These terms govern use of the Bureau Audit platform (bureau-audit.ai) by an organisation (“Client”, “you”). By creating an account you agree to them. Bureau Audit is operated by Pillet Grenié Bureau (“Bureau”, “we”).
Bureau Audit is currently offered in early access: it is provided free of charge, with no minimum commitment, and is still evolving.
1.The service
Bureau Audit lets an organisation create, run, and analyse organisational audits. Employees (“participants”) answer AI-generated questions — in text or voice — and the platform produces individual, aggregated, and report-level analysis.
2.Early access
- The service is provided free of charge during early access; there are no charges and no paid plan is active.
- It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.
- Pricing, paid plans, and billing are not part of these early-access terms. If and when they are introduced, they will be presented separately and will not apply retroactively to the early-access period.
3.Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your organisation’s accounts. Administrator access is managed through your organisation’s team settings.
4.Your responsibilities as Client
- You decide to run an audit of your own employees. For that participant data, you are the data controller and Bureau is your processor. This processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect employees’ responses and for informing participants, including through the privacy information presented within the audit flow.
- You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to circumvent security or rate-limiting, probe or breach other organisations’ data, or reverse-engineer the platform.
5.Ownership of your data
You own your audit data — your organisation’s content, responses, and resulting analysis. Bureau does not claim ownership of it and does not sell it or repurpose it for advertising. Aggregated, k-anonymised results that contain no individual data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
6.AI-generated content
Audit questions, analysis, findings, and recommendations are generated with AI models and are provided for informational purposes. They may contain errors and are reviewed by your organisation. They do not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice, and Bureau does not warrant that any audit output ensures compliance with any law or standard.
7.Intellectual property
Bureau owns the Bureau Audit platform, its software, and its branding. You own your data (section 5). White-label branding you configure remains yours.
8.Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information and use it only to provide or use the service. Bureau’s confidentiality and security obligations for participant data are detailed in the Data Processing Agreement.
9.Warranties & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind during early access, and Bureau’s liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10.Term & termination
Either party may stop using or providing the service at any time during early access. On termination, your data is returned or deleted in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement and the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves and will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators.
12.Governing law
These terms are entered into with Pillet Grenie Bureau L.L.C-FZ, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E. (formation no. 2647815; registered address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.).
They are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory data-protection rights that participants or clients may hold under the laws of their own country (including, where applicable, the EU GDPR). The competent courts of Dubai, U.A.E. will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or local-law protections.
